By using this website or engaging us for a site visit or installation, you agree to these terms. This website provides general information about rooftop solar installation, pricing ranges, subsidy schemes (such as PM Surya Ghar Yojana and UPNEDA), and our services. Content, including the solar calculator, is provided for general guidance and produces estimates only, not a binding quotation. Actual system size, cost, generation and subsidy amounts depend on a physical site assessment, your roof, sanctioned electrical load, applicable government scheme rules at the time of your application, and DISCOM approval, and may differ from any figure shown on this website.

Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access to any part of it, or submit false information through the contact or testimonial forms.
A free site visit is provided to assess your roof, electrical load and requirement, and to prepare a written quotation. A quotation is valid for the period stated on the quotation itself; prices for equipment can change due to market conditions and government policy (including ALMM/DCR requirements affecting subsidy eligibility). No installation work begins, and no booking is confirmed, until you accept a written quotation and any applicable advance payment terms in it.
Once you accept a quotation, the specific scope, price, payment schedule, equipment brand/model, estimated installation timeline and warranty terms for your project will be set out in your individual written agreement or invoice, which takes precedence over this general page for your project.
Where you ask us to assist with PM Surya Ghar / UPNEDA portal registration, DISCOM coordination, net metering or subsidy claim follow-up, this assistance is provided in good faith based on the rules published by the relevant government body at the time. We do not control, and cannot guarantee, subsidy approval amounts, processing timelines, or continued availability of any government scheme, as these are determined solely by the concerned government authority (MNRE, UPNEDA, or your DISCOM) and can change without notice.
Payment terms (advance, milestone and balance amounts) for your installation will be specified in your individual quotation or invoice. Please also see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how advances and cancellations are handled.
Solar panels, inverters and batteries carry warranties from their respective manufacturers, the terms of which (including duration and what is/isn't covered) will be provided to you at the time of installation along with the manufacturer's documentation. Workmanship on our installation is covered as stated in your individual agreement or invoice. Warranty claims for equipment defects are subject to the manufacturer's own policies and inspection.
Estimates shown on this website (including the solar calculator) are indicative only and given without guarantee of exact accuracy, as actual results depend on site-specific factors, weather, grid conditions and government scheme rules outside our control. To the extent permitted by Indian law, our liability for any claim relating to services we provide is limited to the value of the specific service in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
We may update these terms from time to time, for example as our services or applicable government schemes change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
