How to Verify a UPNEDA-Registered Solar Vendor in Gorakhpur

- Ask them directly whether they handle UPNEDA state-subsidy paperwork in addition to the central PM Surya Ghar claim, and confirm they can name their point of contact at the district level if asked.
- If anything doesn't check out, especially the vendor-list search, don't proceed on the promise that "it'll be sorted later." Subsidy eligibility and legal net metering both depend on this being correct from day one, not fixed retroactively.
